INTRODUCTION
HL Building Materials Pte Ltd (Trading Division) is a subsidiary of Hong Leong Asia
Ltd, we are specialized in producing and supplying of aggregates in Singapore. In
order to meet the high delivery demand in the industry, we have stockyards located
at both Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Aggregate Terminals in Singapore, having capacity to supply more than
350,000 tonnes per month. Furthermore, we also own a quarry in Southern Johor, Malaysia
which produces sizable amount of aggregates.
MILESTONES
2006
Acquired a quarry at Southern Johor.
2012
First to import 20mm Aggregates from China.
2012
Leased another adjoining plot from BCA as strategic stockpile and has the capacity
to store up to 100,000 Metric Tonnes of essential construction materials.
2014
Indonesia temporary stoppage of exporting aggregates to Singapore for a total of
2 months, we managed to continue supply to our customers throughout without shortage.
2015
Achieved highest ever throughput, 334,000 Metric Tonnes, contribute to about 15%
market share.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
HL Building Materials Pte Ltd produces and
sources granite aggregate and sand from various countries for use in ready-mixed
concrete, road construction and etc.

QUALITY
With over 10 years' of experience in supplying granite products and close working relationship with our principle quarry in Malaysia, HL Building Materials Pte Ltd is able to meet any requirement for aggregate products.
In addition, we have more than 10 external sources from various countries, i.e. Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and etc to ensure continuity in supply and to serve our customers better. All sources will be thoroughly tested and approved by BCA before actual import. Also, we have our own Quality Control team to conduct random sampling and send for testing for the approved sources.
